Heistmas Privacy Policy

Heistmas is made by Joe and Erika. This policy explains how the Heistmas app handles information.

The short version

Heistmas does not collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no server. The app works fully offline.

Game data

Player names, gifts, turns and party history are stored only on your device. We have no access to them. Deleting a party or deleting the app removes this data.

Photos

Gift photos are optional. If you add them, Heistmas uses the photo picker or camera only when you ask, and stores the photos inside the app on your device. Photos are never uploaded. They leave your device only if you choose to share a recap card using the share sheet.

Purchases

Heistmas Pro is a $3.99 one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of payment information is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

Children

Heistmas does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, for example if we add optional iCloud backup, we will update this page and its effective date.
